Ok, here we go...

I found my camera cord! Here's the deal...I am uploading pictures of the house empty. Then as I get things in order I'll take you through each room all done. But this should give you a good idea of what it's like. Here's a few:

We are getting settled in and it already feels like home. As we cleaned our apartment on Saturday with MB and Britt, we were all saying it was wierd to think we had lived there only a week before. It feels like we've been in the house alot longer. (And I said goodbye to the pool on Saturday...sadness...especially since it's been like 95 degrees every day and our AC is um, weak here...but at least it's working! We thought it was broken, so we felt blessed when it actually turned on!)

We've already had our first "homeowner moment." We actually had it the day we moved it. The floor drain in our laundry room backed up and we had to call the roto-rooter guy. My wonderful dad came and supervised the guy, as we had to attend a church plant team dinner for our church's 10th anniversary. 

So, anyhow, we are loving our house. It's not perfect and still has lots of work to do...but it's ours and it's really more than I ever imagined having for a first home. I feel so blessed! God has been so kind!
