Projects...

While I was in Dallas, Ty did a few house projects to surprise me. Isn't he awesome? I wrongly assumed that he was spending the weekend playing video games, but no, he was hard at work!

The first thing he did was build shelves into the closet I wanted to use as a pantry. He even did the shelves the exact height and number that I wanted and I don't think I ever told him what those were!

Jen came over and helped me cover the shelves with cute paper and organize everything. I am in awe of how much kitchen storage I have now that all the pantry stuff is out of my cupboards. And it's so great to have everything in one place, it makes cooking so much easier!

The second project he did was organize our basement family room---what is pretty much the music room. I don't have "before" pictures, but it was pretty messy.

My favorite thing he did was mount wall hangers for the guitars and bass, I think it looks cool!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again---my husband rocks!

You guys, your house looks great (in this post and the last)!! It's totally coming together. I like the guitar wall too. And your pantry is so organized.
