2. Our, ahem, wonderful cat has learned to catch mice. Now I get the pleasure of viewing her nearly daily display of dead mice, often in various states of disfigurement, left by my back door. I'm so...proud? (Tyler IS so proud! And man, I had some alliteration going up there!)
3. I've been dreaming of things to do in our backyard someday. I decided I want to plant lavender (the smell reminds me of my mom--and I like her!) and poppies...possibly together. And I'd really love to have something like this:

Not sure we'll ever do it, but I find dreaming about doing things almost more fun than actually doing them...and much cheaper and easier!
4. I have had a weird combination virus all week of partly a cold/throat bug from MB and my family, and partly a stomach bug from Tyler. Good times! The hardest thing for me has been having to eat bland food...I got tired of it yesterday and ate 3 pieces of pizza. Yeah. Not a very good move! I've also been torturing myself by looking at all the delish stuff on the Bakerella blog. Seriously, there are the yummiest-looking desserts on there!
5. After spending several evenings after work laying around in bed, I got very bored and found this random website and well...this is apparently what our kid is going to look like. Which is interesting because when I did Ben and MB, their kid was the same kid as ours. MB and I have been asked if we were twins or sisters before, (I think those twin people were crazy, either that or it was the matching oversized glasses and scrunchies.) but I never thought our kids would look identical! Obviously we are very excited by how good-looking this future child is...oh so very. Please contain your jealousy.

Five for Fridays are fun! And that must be the only picture that website has...how funny. What a "special" child =)
Well actually it does have more pictures...I did one for Dustin and his kid was black! He must be going to adopt.
I thought that baby was to be MB's and Ben's????
Love the outdoor area in the picture (I think it would not be super difficult--and I can give you lavender offspring from the patch that was outside your old bedroom window) and the bakerella site---look forward to cruising through it and maybe trying a couple of things.
Love you and feel better!

I love the pic of TJ, jr!
