Life hasn't been crazy busy, just, I don't know...constant. If you know what I mean. There's been lots of things to think about and do lately. We are in the process of re-financing our house. It was a tad disappointing because the appraisal came in much lower than we were hoping and so we won't be getting money to do our yard. It'll still work out, we'll just have to work on things a lot slower than we were hoping. But it is still a blessing to be able to get locked in at a great interest rate and lower our mortgage payment. House things are just interesting!
I've been having fun with wedding stuff for MB and Ben. I pretty much just follow her around to all her things she needs to do, soaking up all the lovely wedding-ness of it! I am a wedding addict. Plus AM and I have been having a blast doing our honorly duties (she's the maid, I'm the matron, which sounds so...matronly. But I still am quite honored!) and planning showers and bachelorette parties and such things! Hehehe...MB has no idea what she's in store for! (that was an evil laugh)
I started twittering...tweeting...whatever. There's a link to the feed in my sidebar, as well as recent (or as of now, the only) updates. We'll see how that goes. Ty's been doing it, so I thought it'd be fun to be able to keep up with his. Plus I have so many random thoughts, might as well write them down for people to read when they should be doing something else, or at least that's what I do. (Oh wait...isn't that what my blog is already?!) Sometimes I think about it and find it strange, how much of life we share publicly now through Facebook, blogs, etc. I don't know if it's a good or bad thing...just interesting to think about. Anyone else have thoughts on that?
Well today is a rainy, cold June day. It is seriously cold enough that I thought about wearing my Uggs, but that just seemed wrong in June! We are having very strange spring weather this year. I am loving the warm parts of spring though...dresses, flip-flops, tank tops. I discovered a great source for long tanks from my sister. Buy men's "beater" undershirts...they are like $8 for a pack and you can get a bunch of different colors. And they're long! This long-torsoed girl rejoices! Jen and I wear them almost every day either by themselves or under t-shirts. So anyhow, that's my money-saving fashion tip for the day!
Did anyone make it? That was extremely random--bonus friend points if you read the whole thing! And Meg, if you read the whole thing, well...then I forgive you for the replacing Sandy incident.

I made it to the end, and I still check your blog!
Bonus points for me! And Google Reader follows your blog for me :)
I found the men's tanks a while ago and love them as well for many of the same reasons you have said.
As to doing your yard, have you signed up with yahoo freecycle groups? there are a lot of people that give away landscaping material. Might be worth checking it out to start the process cheap.
As to the too much information, I have felt that from time to time, especially since having Turner and feeling a greater sense of protection. Just be wise and careful I guess.
thanks for posting. I enjoy reading up on you. :) Tell you mom and dad hi. I miss them.
What are the bonus points worth? Is there a prize if we accumulate enough?
Um. Whoever has the most is my favorite person. You need all you can get cause Ty got alot of points for buying me diamond rings and a house and all...he's currently winning. ;)
