Random Cuteness...

This is my child. I find him very cute.

This is him waving hi.

This is him being helpful while I wash dishes.

This is him playing the piano. He is such a prodigy.

This is him being watched by the cat while taking a bath.

Two stories:

One, Jack loved baths until he found out that water can come out of the shower head. After that he was so afraid of a bath that he was shaking in fear when I put him in the tub. He is braver now and seems to enjoy them again, but every so often glances upward with concern.

Two, Tompkins is moving away tomorrow. She is going to live on a farm. (That is for you, Megs.) Ok, she's actually going to return to her barn cat roots and go live at my uncle's. He has an equestrian center with big huge barns and lots of mice and rafters and hay bales and people to visit when she's feeling social. I think she'll like it. She doesn't get along with Jack, she likes to hunt him. We find that problematic. She doesn't get along with me, as we know, she also likes to hunt me. I find that problematic. She adores Tyler. But Tyler adores Jack and I more, thankfully. So, he decided it'd be best for her to move to a farm...I mean Uncle Jim's. Tomorrow is kind of like a holiday to me. Except I feel guilty, like a cat failure. And bad for probably hurting her feelings. Kind of. I'm strangely mixed about it all.

Moving on...

This is my child, pigging out on lentils, spinach and apples. He's a fan of food.

And this is him with his new friend, Presley. (My sister's puppy) They are both very cute.

P.S. I'm totally telling Jack one day that our cat went to live on a farm.
