Obviously I've always been excited about meeting this new baby, but for some reason today as I was attempting to nap while he did a gymnastics routine in my belly, that longing to just hold him and meet him hit me hard.
I've been struggling this time with a lot of fear about labor. My last labor was really pretty quick and very simple and exactly what one might hope for, but oh my gosh it freaking hurt a lot! So, even though I know I can do it and I know it's totally worth it, I've been dreading it.
But today, all the sudden I just wished it was time already. Just to hold my baby boy. To see his little face and the tiny hands that have been punching me non-stop lately. I can't wait till our little family is a family of four.
Only a few months left!
