Baby, it's cold outside...

Like really cold. Really, really cold. Yesterday it was -9 for a large part of the day. It's 32 right now, which technically is alot warmer, but it still feels cold to me! And my car decided not to produce heat these past few days, so driving places required alot of bundling up! I got the oil changed and now it is working better, so I hope that was all it needed! But the cold isn't bothering me too much...it makes everything feel very Christmas-y.

On Sunday, we had our church Christmas Program, which went splendidly. Ty played electric guitar for it and sounded great. And I helped MB wrangle kiddos (she asked me to help cause she needed someone to be "mean" and make everyone obey...I think I should maybe be offended...) for the kid's choir. The whole program was great...Ben and MB did a great job organizing and directing the choirs. I was so proud to claim them as my friends! ;-) (Another proud moment---Dustin sang in the choir, after years of us trying to convince him. He did great!)

Speaking of Ben...this picture makes me laugh everytime I look at it:

MB took pictures for us on Saturday and Ben tagged along, mainly providing comic relief. She did such a great job...there are tons that I love. And I'm so glad we got them done the day before the sub-zero weather arrived. Here's a few for your viewing pleasure...

I have the cutest husband ever.

Anyhow...well, that's about it. The only other noteworthy news is that I finished my Christmas shopping yesterday! Hoorah!

Keep warm, friends. Or if you live somewhere warm---ENJOY it!

Our car heater didn't work either!
I am so glad to hear that maybe it was just the sub-zero temps and not my kajunkity old car. Love the pics and yes MaryBeth and Ben did an AWESOME job with all those children. (I can't see you as a big meany who keeps kids in line. :))
