-Celebrating my baby brother's bday. He's 15 now! He has his permit! He's taller than me! And has a very deep voice now...yikes!
-Swinging on my new swing. Don't be jealous, you know you wish you had one.
That's MB, trying out my swing!
-Enjoying Wednesday morning pool days...which I am hoping don't end after MB gets married!
-Watching (technically re-watching, as I've seen them all) the new seasons of Friends my sister gave me for my birthday.
-Experiencing the worst storm I can remember--and dealing with 24 hours without power and cleaning up after it.
This branch missed hitting my car by thismuch, as you can see. (My car, still broken, had been leaking fluid, which is why it's on the grass. We don't typically park on the lawn.)
And that, my friends, is hail. They had to bring out the plows.
-Celebrating our 2 year anniversary...during the power outage and storm aftermath. Hence, no pictures and not much to tell. But we were perfectly happy with our dinner at Outback and coming home to find our power back on!
-Shopping for cute new clothes for wedding festivities!
-Working! And church picnic-ing.
-Teaching my sister how to do her hair and makeup for the wedding, then taking her picture.
Isn't she cute as a brunette?
-Getting attacked by evil, angry hawks while taking aforementioned pictures. Screaming. Fearing disfigurement by talons if they caught us. Running across a 2 acre cow pasture that had a foot of irrigation water standing on it. Getting covered with mud...which was probably not just mud, seeing as the cows live there.
This was the terrible mother hawk. The father was swooping after us.
-Getting ready for the wedding...a week from Saturday! And planning various honorly duties with AM.
-Getting ready for the fambly to come...starting on Friday!
Sorry I haven't been posting. I doubt I will after this until after the wedding---too much excitement going on! It's so much fun!
